Counters.
Track a number from chat: deaths, wins, fails, anything you want to tally live.
What counters do
Each counter is a named number with up to four trigger words and a reply you control. Counters never change on their own | only the show, add, subtract and set commands move them, so the value is always something you or your chat did on purpose.
Commands
Show: !deaths → "deaths is now 7"
Add: !death → bumps it up by one
Sub: !undodeath → backs it down
Set: !setdeaths 0 → mods onlyAll four triggers are optional and fully renameable. You decide who can change the value (everyone, followers, subscribers, VIPs and mods, or mods only); showing it is always open to chat.
Settings
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name & look | A label plus an emoji and tint, used in replies and on counter widgets. |
| Starting value | The number it begins at. |
| Triggers | Up to four words for show, add, subtract and set. |
| Who can change it | From everyone up to mods-only for add, subtract and set. |
| Reply | One message for every verb, or a different line per verb. |
Use in commands
Write your reply with $(count) (the value) and $(count.name) (the counter's name), or read any counter from any command by name with $(count.deaths).
Counters can also show as a Counter widget, so your death count is visible on the overlay without anyone typing.
